How do I enter this national tournament?
Teams must qualify through their State/Metro Association. To obtain information on qualifying tournaments contact an ASA Commissioner in your area.
My team’s qualified, what do I need to do to get entered?
There are three items the tournament director must receive by noon, July 14, 2017. Entry form, provided by a commissioner indicating qualification, Entry fee, $400 payable to the Johnson City CVB, roster, sent by commissioner or tournament director from qualifying tournament..
What is the best way to get to Johnson City, Tennessee?
By flight, Johnson City has a fantastic Regional Airport (Tri-Cities Regional Airport – TRI.) The TRI provides daily commercial flights to major hubs connecting to domestic and International destinations including flights with US Airways, Allegiant Air and Delta.
If driving, Johnson City is connected by two interstates (I‐81 & I‐26)

Teams will be scheduled pool play games, followed by double elimination

What is involved with team check-in?
Each player listed on the roster must be present at check‐in. Managers must provide an ASA Approved photo I.D.’s for each player listed on the roster. More info coming soon.
Do I need to schedule a time to have my team check-in?
Yes, to assist the tournament staff and your team, we request that each team e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or 423-461-8012 to schedule a time for your team to check-in.
What is required with ACE Certification & Coaches Background Checks?
Each team MUST have one coach ACE certified and all other coaches must have background checks. Tournament passes for coaches will only be given to those who verify this at team check‐in. (Limit of 3 coach passes per team)
What if I have a player that arrives in town after check-in is over?
A check‐in will be offered at Winged Deer Park for individual players.
